Is your Rental Property Clean and Well maintained
- Everyone agrees that clean and well maintained is what you expect for a rental property. Unfortunately that is not always the case.
- By taking care of those little things like dripping taps, gardens that are’nt properly maintained in other words curb appeal you could turn a tenant off your property before they have ever reached the front door.
- A property that is well maintained and has curb appeal sends a message to a tenant that you care about your property and so should they!
- Make sure your property is very clean. Pay attention to cookers, hobs, shower units, cupbards etc and remember if you would’nt take a dirty house then no tenant would either.
