How can I make my Rental Property more appealing?

1. Does the Property or any part of it need painting?

2. Is the landscaping in good condition?

3. Are all the appliacnes in good working condition?

4. What is the first impression of the property? Inside and Outside?

5. Is the property suitable for children and pets?

6. Is the garage clean and cluter free?

7. How do I intend to tackle grass cutting season?  Is this maintenance something I want my Management Company to deal with?

8. Is the furniture in good repair? Does it need cleaning? Replacing?

9. Are all the matresses clean or do they need to be replaced?

10. Are there any items i wish to remove before the property is offered to the rental market?

11. Should I provide the Agent with a list of things that I like about the property?

12. Is the PRICE, TERMS being asked appealing to the RENTAL MARKET?

13. Are the PRICE/TERMS in line with present market conditions?

14. Should I ask what similar property is renting for?

15. Should I include grass maintenance in the rental price?
